The design for the printed grill meat packaging involved complex artwork to take into account the slightly conical shape of the bucket. An additional technical artwork challenge was to make the banquet photo repeat seamlessly and then to match up perfectly when wrapped around the bucket.
The middle section of the pack is transparent to view the product, so a complex under-printing white mask was needed under the photo and branding artwork. Special Pantone colours were used to print strong burgundy red and gold design elements.
A special mix of plastic was specified to make the lid match the identifying deep red burgundy colour.
The top label sicker is used for different flavours and different language pack versions.
