I designed the logo for Tartu Regional Innovation Strategy using the same colours as the “Tartu – city of good thoughts” logo, and this colour key was used to structure the five sections of this policy report.
Large blocks of colour and innovative treatment of text had been used in previous TRIS materials so this was continued here. In addition, new transparency effects available in Adobe InDesign were used.

The concept for the cover was to show Tartu region within the overall European context – a series of 12 maps were used zooming from a satellite view of Europe to detailed maps of Tartu.
